Affiliate Terms
Upon the sign up to the Reverse Health Affiliate Program (Everflow) you will have to agree to our Terms&Conditions. Here are some of the most important terms outlined:
- Brand Bidding: affiliates are strictly prohibited from engaging in brand bidding, which involves bidding on trademarked terms or variations thereof in paid search campaigns. This includes using the brand name, variations, or misspellings as keywords for search engine marketing (SEM) or pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.
- Creative Approval: affiliates must obtain approval for any creatives they intend to use before launching them. This includes banners, text links, and any other promotional materials.
- Email Marketing: affiliates are prohibited from engaging in email marketing campaigns on behalf of Reverse Health. The inclusion of affiliate links in newsletters is permitted under approval, provided that such newsletters comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to anti-spam laws and regulations governing email marketing.
- Compliance with Regulations: Affiliates must adhere to all applicable regulations related to weight loss and health advertising. This includes but is not limited to compliance with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines and any other relevant laws or regulations governing health and weight loss advertising.
- Disclosure of Affiliate Links: Affiliates are required to clearly disclose the use of affiliate tracking links in their promotional materials. This disclosure should be prominently displayed to ensure transparency with consumers.
- Fraudulent Sales: Any fraudulent sales or deceptive practices will result in immediate termination of the affiliate account. This includes but is not limited to fraudulent transactions, leads or bots.
