How to cancel my subscription?


You can cancel your ReverseHealth subscription any time, no penalty charges will be applied. Once your subscription is canceled, you will lose access to the ReverseHealth App.


Please follow the steps below:

  • Send email to [email protected] and request subscription cancellation
  • Our customer service will immediately issue the cancellation

How do I request a refund?


In case you have received a faulty product or for some reason it was not delivered in time, we offer you a partial or full refund depending on the issue, 14 days after the purchase. Once your refund is issued, you will lose access to the ReverseHealth App.


Please follow the steps below:

  • Send email to [email protected] and explain the issue you encountered
  • IMPORTANT - please provide detailed information regarding the issue and attach visual proof if possible
  • Our customer service will evaluate your case and will respond immediately

How to get your money faster?


If any potential issues arise, we highly recommend reaching out directly to [email protected], because if you dispute or request a chargeback for the purchase with your credit card provider, we will not be able to refund the transaction for several months since communication with the bank is very slow.


When customers reach us directly, we usually solve the case, cancel or refund within 24h.
