Starting week 5 today. I'm down 9.3 pounds and my clothes are starting to become too big. My energy this past week was excellent.I think my favorite thing this past week was listening to Matt's videos and being reminded of the basics. There are no "bad" foods or better diets. This program needs to be a sustainable life choice that continues in order to just be a healthier version of myself.
I've been seeing a lot of posts about not being able to stick with the recommendations for one reason or another...events, family life, or work. The thing is, nothing changes if nothing changes. When we constantly compromise on what's important to us, at this juncture, a better us, we will continue on the road of yo-yo weight gain and loss and a general unhappiness in ourselves. Prioritize yourself. Design your week and get it done.

If you're looking for long term sustainable lifestyle change this is a great program. The amount of stress you have is probably going to be the toughest thing for you in your weight loss journey. I've done one cycle of this program from May - Nov and lost 20 lbs. with minimal amount of exercise (because my energy is limited after cancer) but sticking to the food guidelines for the most part.I'm also aiming for another 20 lbs so I'm continuing.Like Jenn Cheri said, the program is quite accurate in how it guides you. Watch each video and implement as much of it as you can and celebrate the small steps and progress. The biggest change for me besides the weight loss is the increased energy, great bowel movements (no more constipation), well hydrated and the general sense of well being because I've put several healthy boundaries around sleep and stress.Everyone's progress is different but if you keep at it you'll see results.
I've done every weight loss program known to woman, and this is the first one that delivered. I am eating way more protein than I ever have (I blame my long fingers).Seriously, up your protein and quit worrying about how many calories you took in today. I am on day four and have dropped 4.4 lbs. That has NEVER happened on any other program. I think it's the additional protein to stimulate weight loss and additional fiber to help me feel fuller. I'd be happy to never count another calorie as long as I live.
Day 30 of the program, and today l've hit some really important benchmarks. I have lost 10 pounds, and reached a healthy BMI as a result! I really believe in this program. I have tried many others, and they didn't work. It's really liberating not to count calories, and just to focus on putting healthy food on my plate.My biggest challenge so far has been abstaining from alcohol, but today I am 24 days dry. The resulting sweet tooth has been no joke, but fruit has been really helpful, and when that doesn't work, I'll indulge in a small portion of chocolate or a sweet treat.Originally, I was just going to stay sober for the month of January, but I am seeing and feeling so many positive side effects, that I may continue until I reach my goal weight and beyond.The scale was stuck for two weeks before I started losing again to hit this goal, but it has taught me to be kind to myself, to stick with the program, to keep hitting the gym, and results will come. This is becoming a lifestyle change, and not just a diet!

I added the Reversed Health app the 1st of January. What a change it has had on my health this 6 weeks! I have lost 15lbs, Im so energetic, my digestion is perfect and overall feel so better. I have tried many different things/apps during the menopause and nothing has worked but this one is working perfect for me. I check in every day, but I don’t use the recipes every day but follow the “rules” and that has helped my to think about what I’m eating. It also is a good reminder of drinking water and I can feel how that helps. Overall I’m so happy with the Reversed Health app and would recommend to every women my age :)

"I did 12 weeks last spring and summer. My goal was 15 pounds and I lost 20. It took awhile, but I got into a zone. Eating right, walking, walking, walking! I gained 5 pounds back this winter, walking is harder with all the snow we have in MN. I have gotten back in my routine and back at losing those pounds. I learned life skills with this program on how to eat right and to keep moving at my age -66. It helped me verv much!"
