Why do I need a specific plan for women 40+?

As we get older, the female hormone estrogen drops and we lose lean muscle mass and increase body fat. In order to reverse this process, it’s time to change up your routine. Our custom-made exercise and nutrition plan, specifically designed for women over 40, includes low-impact strength training, a balanced diet, and a holistic approach for a healthy body and mind.

How does this fit into my very busy lifestyle?

We’ve designed this exercise plan to be done from anywhere, especially from the comfort of your home. All you need is a mat and 15-20 minutes, at least 3-4 times a week.

When can I expect first results?

If you stay consistent with our proposed fitness and diet plan, you can see first results such as a leaner and more toned body within 1-2 weeks. Every ‘body’ is unique, some members see significant results within the first 5 days, for some it takes longer based on their specific metabolism or health conditions. What matters is progress, not perfection. Trust in the process and you’ll see amazing results!
